ABOUT TICKETS

IN-PERSON TICKETS

  • Pre-concert sales for in-person attendance cost $20 for individual concerts.Sales close at noon of concert day or whenever we reach our maximum capacity.
  • If a concert has not sold out, tickets are be available at the door for $22, cash or check only. Be sure to check our website concert day to see if these tickets are still available.
  • Persons under eighteen years of age may attend for free, but they will also need a ticket; if you would like a youth ticket, please follow the directions that will be included in your ticket confirmation email and respond within 24 hours after receiving it. Youth tickets will be counted and applied to the in-house maximum attendance.
  • Persons who purchase in-person tickets will also be sent a link to the recording of the concert. The recording will be available for viewing during the month following the concert date.

STREAMING ACCESS

  • Live-streaming and recording access costs $12 for one concert. Only one ticket is needed per viewing site. We live-stream concerts at the time of performance. After the concert, a recording of the concert is also available for viewing. We will send out emails containing the link for viewing once you have purchased an access ticket. The recording link is also shared with in-person attendees shortly after the concert. The concert recording is available for viewing one month following the concert, and you can view it as many times as you like.
  • If we happen to have technical difficulty transmitting during concert time, we will make the recording available within 48 hours after the performance.

HEALTH GUIDELINES

We encourage you to come to our concerts with whatever health protection seems right for you. We ask that you monitor your own health and attend only if you are symptom-free and uninfected.

SITE ACCESSIBILITY

Epiphany Lutheran Church has a ramp-accessible entrance on the alley side of the church. The alley lies between Downing and Corona Streets. It can be entered easily from Ohio Avenue. When approaching from Downing turn right; from Corona turn left. There are parking spots available from the alley on the church’s property; these are available for persons who have mobility issues or who want to avoid stairs.

To purchase in-person tickets or streaming access, please scroll down to the concert you wish to attend. Use the drop-down menu to select the ticket package you want to buy. Then click the <Buy Now> button. Within a day or two after making your purchase you should receive a ticket confirmation email from Happy Hour Chamber Concerts. If you do not receive a confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder to make sure your computer has not misdirected it.
